How does the Watch calculate steps?

Thanks to its internal sensor, our LifeWatches are capable of detecting variations in the movement of the arm, and this motion allows the watch to calculate the steps taken.
When a movement is made within a 180° angle with the arm, our Watches will register it as a step.

There are also factors that help to specify the count of steps, such as:
1. Heart rate
2. Respiratory Frequency
3. Sports modalities activated in the Watch
