How can I monitor the REM Sleep phase with LifeWatch Generation 2?

LifeWatch Generation 2 is able to monitor your REM Sleep time when the 24h Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) feature is on. To activate your Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) monitor on your Watch Generation 2:

  1. Log into the App and go to the “Device” page.
  2. Scroll to “24h Atrial Fibrillation”. Tap on it to turn it ON. Tap again to turn it OFF.

Log into your App and go to the “ Data” page to click on the  Sleep Analysis record.
Your historical health data is stored in the App and is visible at any time using the calendar view.

Please note:

  • Activating 24h AFib monitoring can reduce the battery life of your device.
  • It will take six (6) hours to effectively begin monitoring, as the watch will monitor and collect atrial activity to establish baseline parameters. Once the six (6) hours have passed, the result will be visible on the App.
  • The AFib service is only available if you have an active monthly subscription.
