What does “Closed” Subscription mean?


When you purchase a Wellness+ subscription, you will benefit from its services on your Helo Smart App for 30 days, starting from the purchase date. At the end of the 30 days, the subscription will be automatically renewed

You can decide to close the Wellness+ subscription and its services. This means that it will not be renewed at the end of the 30 days, but you will still benefit from its services until the end of the 30 days, even if it shows as Closed, unless a new one is activated.

What if my Subscription is displayed as inactive on the Helo Smart app?
